• Surrey Escapes ("us”, “we", "our") operating on behalf of PK Escapes Limited is a licenced operator to provide private tours and other associated services.
• Booking a tour with Surrey Escapes constitutes a legally binding agreement between us and you.
• Surrey Escapes endeavour to conduct each tour as described however there may be occasions which are out of our control and a significant change to the itinerary for the day(s) will be required, such as flooding resulting in the temporary closure of one of the castles or wine/gin tours, bad weather preventing access to a historic town. In these instances, we are more than happy to re-book for another day at your convenience and our availability, as your experience with us is of upmost importance. 
• Surrey Escapes attempt to include all entrance and refreshment costs as part as our package and commitment to you. Costs that are not included are additional itinerary cost for the day(s) such as the main meal and beverages for the day(s), cost for the hire of long boat for the day, overnight accommodation and evening meal & breakfast costs in one our recommended stays. These additional itinerary costs will be communicated to you as we craft your day(s).
• Surrey Escapes private tours and clientele are tailored to the highest standards, therefore you are obliged not cause damage to our vehicle nor engage in any unlawful, threatening or abusive behaviour. Any damage caused will result in the relevant charges to cover the damage. In addition, you will not use our tours and services for any unlawful purposes, and refrain from doing anything which we reasonably believe to be disreputable or capable of damaging our reputation.
• Surrey Escapes fees do not include any gratuities.
